My first R package is in the Comprehensive R Archive Network named sparrpowR. It provides a statistical power calculation for the spatial relative risk function via the sparr package. See the public Github repository for more details.
I gave an invited talk at the National Cancer Institute entitled “A place for spatial analysis in the Cancer Control Continuum.” The talk was an overview of my work in progress over the past year in the Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program.
